Not sure which way this will take you through the city centre....
So alternatively from M1 take J33 and follow A630 (Sheffield City Centre)....
This joins/becomes A57 (Glossop/Manchester) through the city....
Follow A57 through the city centre to the top of Broad Lane (shown on map)....
Or via A61 from North or South of the city follow to Inner Ring Road....
Nearer the city centre you can follow "University of Sheffield" signposts...

Via A57 from J33 M1:- at the round-a-bout (Brook Hill) turn left......
Via A61/Inner Ring Road from North:- straight across at round-a-bout....
Via A61/Inner Ring Road from South:- right around round-a-bout and back on yourself....
You can then either turn left again on Leavygreave Road....
Or turn left at the next traffic lights onto Glossop Road....
